Thanks for the vote and feedback. The August release of the SDC tasks will most likely be my last release, though I will help out with bug features and future releases if other developers don't have time to contribute. I'm dedicating the majority of my spare time to this new task library and hope to get WIX 3 tasks ready for inclusion in the release following the first non-beta (due in a few days).

Mike,

I saw that you have a few polls asking if some tasks should be added. Since you are working on SDC, I think we should duplicate tasks between the two projects. I think the WiX 3 support would be great!

I have a code policy requiring a code reviewer for checkin. To do this via the TF command, you set the "notes" property of the command to the code reviewer. Unfortunately I do not see any way to
do this via the Checkin Task. Is it possible to add a "notes" attribute to the checkin task?

In 3.5.11572.0, the FTDTFSBuildNumber task was replaced with the FTDTFSVersion task. You can read a bit more about the reason for this here
